Chinese Cuisine

There are many places across Sydney for Chinese food and only some of them offer the best food.
If you’re after something to spice your night and you can eat loads of burning chilies, I Suggest Spicy Sichuan.  The restaurant at 2 Cunningham street Sydney offers hotpot on ground floor and normal dine in on level one. The taste and dine for the hotpot is amazing. This place offers the most authentic Sichuan food around the area.

Something small and tasty, here come Shanghai dumplings. Many places offer shanghai dumplings however I will only name two that are top of the range. They are Din Tai Fung in world square and taste of shanghai in world square.
I would say Din Tai Fung offers the best dumplings in the area. The shanghai dumplings ‘xiao long bao’ with added vinegar is the best for taste. Steamed pork, Juicy pork with a little bit of vinegar is the best. Followed by Taste of Shanghai, It does offer great food here, and there are multiple locations of this restaurant, located in Eastwood and Ashfield.

For noodles in sydney we have the Night Noodle Market which comes each year. This event offers 50 stall which offers tea, noodles and much more food across hyde park. This places has all the food you want to eat in the one places. If you have missed this even in 2014 then you’ll have to wait for the next event in 2015 to come back. The night noodle market offers the best range of food. This is the landmark Good Food Month event since its first appearance in 1998. The best for authentic Asian food.

Finally there is also Yum Cha. The yum cha I always go to is The Eight in market city. I would like to give special mention to the chicken feet. Many people think this is disgusting however, this is one of the best dishes in yum cha and must be ordered with other normal typical dim sum.
